| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清同型半胱胺酸(HCY)与老年冠心病患者内皮细胞损伤的关系.方法对76例行冠状动脉造影的患者检测血清中HCY、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素～1(ET-1)、循环内皮细胞(CEC)含量,以冠状动脉造影正常者做对照,进行t检验、线性相关分析.结果冠心病组HCY、ET-1、CEC水平均明显高于对照组(P＜0.01),NO水平显著低于对照组(P＜0.01);从相关分析看,HCY与ET-1、CEC呈正相关,与NO/ET-1呈负相关(P＜0.05).结论HCY与内皮细胞分泌NO、ET-1平衡失调有关.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine (HCY) and endothelial dysfunction in elderly patients with coronary heart diseases.Methods Serum homocysteine and nitric oxide (NO),endothdin 1 (ET 1),circulation endothelial cell (CEC) were measured in 76patients who had received coronary angiography (CAG).The patients with normal CAG were used as control group.The data were analyzed with t test and relative analysis.Results The levels of HCY, ET 1 and CEC in patients with coronary lesions were significantly increased than those in the control group ( P <0.01),while the NO level was significantly lower than the control group ( P <0.01);HCY was positively correlated with ET 1,CEC,while it is negatively correlated with NO/ET 1 ( P <0.05).Conclusions HCY might be related with the imbalance of secreting NO and ET 1 of endothelial cells. |
