匹多莫德防治儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

目的评价匹多莫德防治儿童支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将120例符合儿童支气管哮喘诊断标准的患儿列入临床观察范围,依照家长的意愿分为两组,治疗组70例,对照组50例,均遵照GINA方案给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加予匹多莫德口服,400mg/次,qd×60d。期间两组均每日观察并记录日、夜间症状、是否需要缓解药物、活动是否受限、病情是否加重及PEF值。观察满6个月时进行哮喘控制水平评定,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组病情评定达到控制30例,部分控制34例,未控制6例,总有效率91.5%;对照组病情评定达到控制18例,部分控制20例,未控制12例,总有效率75.8%。治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合运用匹多莫德防治儿童支气管哮喘具有良好的临床疗效。

The Clinical Observation of Pidotimod Tablets on Children Bronchia Asthma

Objective The purpose was to evaluate the clinical effect of pidotimod tablets on children bronchia asthma. Methods According to parents wish, 120 children with bronchia asthma were randomly assigned to either a test or a control group. Children in the control group （n=50） received only routine GINA therapeutics, while the test group （n=70） received routine GINA therapeutics and pidotimod tablets for 60days,400mg one time and once a day. During the test, all symptom, the medicine used, the movement, the state of the illness and PEF were observed and recorded. The control of asthma was evaluated and the curative effect of two groups was compared after 6 months. Results In the test group, the asthma state of 30 children was controled well, 34 children was controled partly, 6 children failed, and the total efficiency was 91.5%; While, in the control group, the asthma state of 18 children was controled well, 20 children was controled partly, 12 children failed, the total efficiency was 75.8%. The total efficiency of test group was higher than the control group, it had great meaning in the statistics （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pidotimod tablets had well clinical effect on children with bronchia asthma.
