耳穴压迫法治疗吸毒者继发性闭经及稽延性戒断症状疗效分析

目的··:观察耳穴压迫法对女性吸毒者继发性闭经及稽延性戒断症状的疗效。方法··:1999年5月 -12月我院收治的女性吸毒者继发性闭经 ,脱毒后仍闭经的海洛因依赖者42例 ,随机分为耳压组、对照组 ,各21例。对照组常规心理治疗30d ;耳压组除给予对照组相同治疗外 ,加用王不留行籽耳穴压迫法治疗 ,每3d1次 ,共10次。观察两组在脱毒后治疗的30d内 ,月经复潮的例数及时间 ,并在治疗前和治疗结束时进行稽延性戒断症状评定。结果··:耳压组30d内复潮17例 (复潮率80.95 % ) ,对照组复潮5例 (复潮率23.81 % ) ,耳压组月经复潮率显著高于对照组 (P<0.01) ;耳压组月经复潮的平均时间12.53d±s6.78d ,对照组为22.80d±s5.89d ,耳压组显著短于对照组 (P<0.01);渴求、焦虑、肌肉疼痛和睡眠障碍等稽延性戒断症状得分显著低于对照组 (P<0.01)。结论·· :耳穴压迫法对治疗女性吸毒者继发性闭经 ,改善稽延性戒断症状有较好的疗效

EFFECTS OF OPPRESSING AURICULAR POINTS ON SECONDARY AMENORRHEA AND PROTRACTED WITHDRAWAL SYNDROME IN HEROIN ADDICTS

Objective: To study the effects of oppressing auricular points on secondary amenorrhea and protracted withdrawal syndrome in female heroin addicts. Method: 42 heroin dependent patients with secondary amenorrhea in our hospital were randomly and evenly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group went through psychological treatment and routine management of complications. Patients in treatment group were cured by oppressing auricular points combined with Chinese traditional herbs"Seeds of Wangbuliuxing"in addition to the treatments given to the control group. The number of patients with menses recovery and the time of menses occurred were recorded within the treatment period, and protracted withdrawal symptoms of each patient were rated before and after treatment. Result: 17 patients in treatment group recovered their menses (rate of menses recovery 80.95%), while 5 patients (23.91%) recovered in control group; the average time of menses recovery in treatment group (12.53 d±s 6.78 d) was significantly shorter than that of control group (22.80 d ± s 5.89 d)(P<0.01). The scores of protracted withdrawal symptoms in treatment group were lower too (P <0.01). Conclusion: Oppressing auricular points is an effective method to cure secondary amenorrhea and protracted withdrawal syndrome in female heroin addicts.
