左侧大脑优势半球的痫样放电分析

摘    要:目的:探讨发作性癫痫的AEEG是否左侧大脑半球占优势,即左侧大脑半球较右侧半球更易发生局限性癫痫问题。方法:分析1790例连续性非选择性的病人AEEG。结果:在局限性149例痫样放电中,左侧半球痫样放电或双侧半球不对称痫样放电,左侧半球占优势者98例(64.4%)。明显高于右侧半球53例(35.6%),P<0.001。结论:本资料表明发作性癫痫的AEEG痫样放电存在左侧大脑半球占优势的问题,符合部分癫痫优先起源于左侧大脑半球的假说。

Abstract:Objective: To observe that left cerebral dominant hemisphere was exist or exist not in parox- ysmal epilepsy by AEEG, and to compare the localized epilepsy occurs easy in left of right cerebral hemisphere. Methods: Continuous and unselective AEEG was determined in 1790 patints. Results: In 149 cases of localized epileptiform discharge including left and dilateral cerebral hemisphere, left cerebral hemisphere epileptiform discharge were 98(64.4% )cases,and significantly were higher than 53(35.6%) cases of epileptiform discharge in right cerebral hemisphere(P < 0.01) . Conclusions:The results illustrates that epilepform discharge dominating in left cerebral hemisphere is in accordance with the hypothesis of partal paxoxysmal epilipsy sten from left cerebral hemisphere.
