摘    要:目的:建立HPLC同时测定茵陈蒿汤中11种成分含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Symmetry C18色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min~(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm。结果:来源于10家医院的茵陈蒿汤饮片组方中没食子酸、去乙酰车叶草酸甲酯、栀子苷、芦荟大黄素-8-O-葡萄糖苷、大黄酚-1-O-葡萄糖苷、大黄素-8-O-葡萄糖苷、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的质量分数分别在0.142~1.016,0.518~1.256,9.021~17.214,0.088~0.793,0.097~0.990,0.187~1.587,0.057~0.578,0.147~1.062,0.114~0.730,0.380~1.898和0.375~1.958 mg·g-1。结论:不同来源中药饮片组成的茵陈蒿汤中活性成分的含量存在较大差异。
