螺旋CT诊断胆囊癌的评价(附30例分析)

目的 分析胆囊癌的螺旋ＣＴ表现特点，认识螺旋ＣＴ诊断价值。方法 分析经手术病理证实资料完整的胆囊癌３０例影像。结果 根据胆囊癌影像形态学表现，其中最１７例，腔内型６例，求前仍２８例肺真菌例误诊为胆囊息肉。结论 螺旋ＣＴ在胆囊癌的早期和术前诊断中有重要价值，支扫描、强化扫描应作为常规方法。

Objective To analyze the CT image features of gallbadder carcinoma and evaluate the diagnostic value of spiral CT in gallbladder carcinoma.Methods 30 patients with pathologically proved gallbladder carcinoma were included in this sutdy.Spiral CT examinations were performed and entire surgical pathologic data on all cases were available.Results According to morphologic CT findings,30 gallbadder carcinoma cases were classified into three types:thickened wall type(17 cases),intraluminal type (6 cases)and mass type(7 cases).28 cases were correctly diagnosed,but 2 cases were misdiagnosed as gallbladder polyp before surgical operation.Conclusion Spiral CT examination is of important value to diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma in early stage and before operation.Thin section scanning and contrast enhancement scanning should be performed routinely.
