摘    要:目的对比研究健康人群与恶性肿瘤患者及不同恶性肿瘤之间淋巴细胞亚群差异状况.手术对恶性肿瘤患者淋巴细胞亚群的影响.方法利用流式细胞仪测定40例体检健康人群(对照组);82例不同恶性肿瘤患者及33例恶性肿瘤患者手术前后的淋巴细胞亚群及其活化.结果恶性肿瘤患者较正常对照组CD8+、NK细胞明显降低(P<0.05);CD+4/CD8+、CD19明显升高(P<0.01).手术后第7天,NK细胞较术前明显下降(P<0.05),CD+4、CD+19明显升高(P<0.05).术后1个月淋巴细胞亚群同对照组无明显差异(P>0.05).不同恶性肿瘤之间淋巴细胞亚群无明显差异(P>0.05).结论恶性肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态,但不同恶性肿瘤之间细胞免疫抑制无明显差异.手术使恶性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能进一步损害,但术后一个月恢复至健康人群水平.恶性肿瘤病人的治疗建议同时使用免疫反应调节剂.

Study on the roles of lymphocyte subsets in different malignant tumors and the influence of surgery on them
Abstract:Objective To comparatively study on lymphocyte subsets in healthy persons and patients with different malignant tumors,and the influence of surgery on them .Methods The lymphocyte subsets were determined in 40 normal controls,82 cases of malignant tumors and 33 pre and postoperative cases by flow cytometry.Results The levels of CD 8 and NK cells were obviously lower(P<0.05)in patients with malignant tumors than those in normal controls,while the levels of CD 19 and CD 4/CD 8 ratio were obviously higher than those of normal controls.On the 7th day after operation,the levels of NK cells were markedly lower(P<0.05) and of CD 4 and CD 19 were higher than those before operation.No significant difference on the levels of lymphocyte subsets was found between postoperative patients and normal controls one month after operation.There were also no statistical significant differences among different malignant tumors.Conclusion The immune functions are obviously damaged by surgery but it recovers one month after operation.It is suggested that the biological response modifier should be concurrently used in the treatment of malignant tumors.
