Nutrition to Promote Recovery from Exercise
摘    要:KEY POINTS·Recovery from strenuous daily training or competition is improved when athletes consume a high-carbohydrate diet. The most important effect of such a diet is to maximize the stores of glycogen in the muscles. Roughly 10 g carbohydrate per kg body weight should be sufficient to replenish glycogen stores after a tough training session.
