卵巢切除大鼠不同脑区酪氨酸激酶A表达的变化

摘    要:目的 观察卵巢切除大鼠脑内不同部位酪氨酸激酶A(TrkA)表达的变化。方法 按Singh方法建立大鼠卵巢切除模型(OVX组),免疫细胞化学染色,观察海马CA1区、皮质区、杏仁复合体区、基底前脑Meynert核等部位TrkA阳性细胞表达的变化。结果 对照组大鼠各观察区有大量TrkA表达,与对照组比较,OVX组大脑海马CA1区、大脑皮质区、杏仁复合体区TrkA阳性细胞数明显减少(t=5.90~8.57,P〈0.01),Meynert核区无显著性差异(t=1.65,P〉0.05)。结论 大鼠体内雌激素下降可致脑内多部位TrkA表达减少,雌激素与生长因子受体系统可能存在相互影响的关系。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of tyrosine kinase A(TrkA) in different cerebral regions of ovariectomized rats. Methods Adult healthy female Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: model group(OVX group) and control group.The positive expressions of TrkA cells in the hippocammpi CA1,cortex,amygdala,Meynert of the basal forebrain were compared between the two groups. Results The positive TrkA cells were observed in every section of the brain in control group,while in model group,the positive TrkA cells in the hippocammpi CA1,cortex and amygdala were distinctly decreased as compared with the control group(t=5.90-8.57,P<0.01).No difference was found in the Meynert nucleus between the two groups.(Conclusion The) low estrogen induces decrease of positive expression of TrkA in various parts in ovariectomized rat's brain.A correlation probably exist between estrogen and growth-factor-receptor system.
