贲门癌和大肠癌组织中嗜铬蛋白A、Rb蛋白和PCNA的表达

摘    要:目的:探讨贲门癌和大肠癌组织内分泌分化与Rb蛋白和PCNA表达的关系.方法:采用免疫组化ABC法检测57例贲门癌和78例大肠癌组织中嗜铬蛋白A(CGA)、Rb蛋白及PCNA的表达.结果:贲门癌和大肠癌组织中CGA阳性表达率分别为52.6%(30/57)和35.9%(28/78),Rb蛋白表达率分别为31.6%(18/57)和33.3%(26/78).CGA阳性大肠癌组织Rb蛋白表达率高于CGA阴性者(P<0.005),但在贲门癌组织中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).CGA阳性和阴性贲门癌和大肠癌组织中PCNA阳性细胞数差异均无统计学意义.结论:Rb蛋白的表达变化在大肠癌内分泌分化过程中可能发挥重要作用,但在贲门癌可能不起关键作用;内分泌分化对贲门癌和大肠癌组织的增殖无影响.

Abstract:Aim: To evaluate the relationship between endocrine differentiation and expression of Rb and PCNA in gastric-cardia and colorectum adenocarcinomas. Methods: Immunohistochemistry (ABC method) was used to determine the expression of chromograin A(CGA), PCNA and Rb in 57 cases of gastric cardiac adenocarcinoma (GCA) and 78 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma (CA). Results: In GCA, the positive rates of CGA and Rb were 52.6% (30/57) and 31.6% (18/57), respectively,and in CA, 35.9% (28/78) and 33.3% (26/78), respectively. Rb expression rate in CA with CGA positive expression was higher than that with CGA negative expression (P<0.005). However, the difference in GCA was not significant. The difference of the number of PCNA immunostaining positive cells between CGA positive and negative immunostaining subjects in GCA and CA was not significant. Conclusion: The changes of Rb expression may play an important role in endocrine differentiation of CA. Endocrine differentiation may not influence the proliferation of the tumor cells in GCA and CA.
