沙眼衣原体感染不孕患者输卵管液细胞因子的测定

目的探讨沙眼衣原体（CT）感染输卵管性不孕（Tn）患者输卵管液中γ-干扰素（IFN-γ）、肿瘤坏死因子。（TNF-α）和白细胞介素6、8（IL-6、IL-8）的水平及其意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定42例CT感染输卵管性不孕（Tn组）、35例已生育输卵管正常妇女（对照组）输卵管液中IFN-γ、TNF-α和IL-6、IL-8的水平。结果实验组输卵管液中IFNγ、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的含量分别为（228±50）ng／L、（170±48）ng／L、（693±482）ng／L、（781±395）ng／L，均明显高于对照组（190±60）ng／L、（132±35）ng／L、（218±150）ng/L、（224±89）ng／L（P均〈0．05）。结论生殖道CT感染的输卵管性不孕可能与IFNγ、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8等多种因素参与的免疫反应有关。

Determination of cytokines levels of the tubal fluids in infertility patients due to Chlamydia Trachomatis infection.

Objective To determine the levels of interferon（IFN - γ）, tumor necrosis factor- alpha （TNF - α）. interleukin - 6 （IL-6） and intedeukin - 8（IL - 8） in tubal fluids of tubal factor infertile （TFI） women due to Chlamydia trachomatis （CT） infection and its implication. Methods Forty - two TFI women with CT infection （group TFI） and thirty - five fertile women with normal tubes without CT infection （group control） were enrolled for study. Levels of IFN - γ、TNF - α、IL - 6 and IL - 8 in tubal fluids were measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results The mean values of IFN -γ、 TNF - α、 IL- 6、 IL - 8 were （228 ± 50）ng/L,（170 ± 48）ng/L,（693 ± 482）ng/L, （781 ± 395）ng/L respectively in group TFI, all higher than those in infertile group control （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Tubal factor infertile （TFI） caused by chlamydia trachomatis （CT） infection connects with the immune reaction which is associated with multi - factor participated, including IFN - γ、TNF - α、IL- 6、IL - 8.
