福州市实施世界银行贷款结核病控制项目五年效果分析

目的评价2002-2006年福州市实施世界银行贷款结核病控制项目成效。方法根据全市结核病报表和考评资料，分析结核病人发现及治疗管理效果。结果福州市世行贷款结核病控制项目从2002年启动，2004年全面覆盖，5年来累计接诊疑似肺结核病例43918人，发现涂阳肺结核病例12119人，其中新发涂阳病例9820例。仅2006年新发涂阳病例数为项目实施前2001年新发涂阳病例数的2倍。涂阳病例平均治愈率88．13％，5年来实现了高发现率和高治愈率目标。结论福州市实施世行贷款结核病控制项目成效明显。

Analysis of effects in implementation of Word Bank TB Control Project in Fuzhou in the past five years.

Objective To evaluate the effect of World Bank loan TB control project in the past five years in Fuzhou City. Methods The results of discovery and tratement of tuberculosis patients during the years from 2002 to 2006 were analyzed based on the quarterly and annual reports. Results The project started in 2002 and DOTS was carried out with a coverage of 100% in 2004. During 2002 to 2006, there 43 918 accumulated registered suspicious TB patients were registered and 12 119 smear- positives were identified, including 9 820 new smear- positives. The average cure rate were 88.13 %. The project reached the objective of higher detection and cure rate. Conclusion Significant achievements have been obtained in World Bank loan tuberculosis control project in Fuzhou City.
