2006年河南省法定传染病网络报告质量评价

目的]了解河南省传染病网络报告质量,为今后完善和规范网络直报工作提供依据。方法]采用中国疾病预防控制中心开发的"疾病监测与信息报告管理系统"对2006年河南省传染病网络直报情况进行分析和评价。结果]2006年河南省网络总直报率为83.13%,其中县级及县级以上医疗机构全部实现了网络直报,乡镇卫生院网络直报率为75.83%。2006年河南省未及时报告率为13.76%,未及时报告率以焦作市最低,信阳市最高,不同地区未及时报告率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);未及时审核率为1.31%,未及时审核率以焦作市最低,新乡市最高。不同地区未及时审核率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。重复报告率0.01%,县区零缺报率0.61%。结论]2006年河南省传染病报告质量明显高于全国水平,报告和审核及时性得到了提高。

Quality Evaluation of Network Reporting System for Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Henan Province in 2006

Objective]The study was conducted to evaluate the quality of direct network reporting system for infectious diseases in 2006 so that appropriate measures were taken to improve the quality of the system in the future.Methods]Analysis and evaluation were conducted on the status of direct network reporting system for infectious diseases in 2006 based on " Disease surveillance and management system of information " developed by China Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Results]Direct report rate was 83.13% in 2006,among which 75.83% was direct reported by township health centers.The rate of timely report failure in Henan province was 13.76%,in which Jiaozuo city was the lowest and Xinyang city was the highest.Significant difference was noticed in different districts(P<0.01);The rate of timely checking failure was 1.31%,in which Jiaozuo city was the lowest and Xinxiang city was the highest.Significant difference was noticed in different districts(P<0.01);The rate of repeated report and no report was 0.01% and 0.61%.Conclusion]In the Comparison to national level,The quality of network direct report has been obviously improved in Henan province.Timely network report and timely checking were improved a lot.
