功能性消化不良病人的痛觉阈值测定

目的功能性消化不良病人的痛觉阈值测定。方法比较３０例功能性消化不良（ＦｕｎｃｔｉｏｎａｌＤｙｓｐｅｐｓｉａＦＤ）患者与正常对照组及消化性溃疡（ＰｅｐｔｉｃｕｌｃｅｒＰＵ）病人的躯体感觉阈（ＳＰＴ），痛觉阈（ＰＰＴ），及相对痛觉阈（ＲＰＰＴ）。结果ＦＤ病人的ＳＰＴ及ＰＰＴ比正常对照组明显增高，而与ＰＵ病人无显著差。结论推测绝对知觉阈的增高可能与ＦＤ病人具有精神焦虑和／或抑郁症状有关。提示内源性疼痛调解系统与功能性消化不良的发生在病理基础上可能有内在的联系。

Detection of pain perception threshold in patients with functional dyspepsia

Objective To Detecte the Pain Perception Threshold of Functional Dyspepsia patients.Methods To compare somatosensory Perception threshold(SPT),Pain Perception threshold(PPT) and the relative Pain Perception threshold(RPPT) of 30 Patients with functional dyspepsia(FD),with those of normal subjects and peptic ulcer (PU) patients.Results The SPT and PPT of patients with FD is markedly high than normals,and no significant difference with Pu Patients.Conclusions The increase of absolute perception thresholds may be concerned with depression or anxiety that patients with FD are suffering.and the internal painful regulating system is linked to the pathologic bases which FD result from.
