| 摘 要： | 采用按照ＷＨＯ推荐的“神经行为核心测试组合”（ＮＣＴＢ）设计的ＳＧ－Ａ神经行为功能测试和情感状态特征（ＰＯＭＳ）问卷，对６１名接触纺织口 工人及３５名对照进行神经行为功能测试。结果接噪组ＰＯＭＳ问卷Ｔ、Ｄ、Ａ、Ｆ四项得分均高于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０５），听简单反应时，听选择反应时，敏捷能力、记忆能力、行为特征指数５项指标与对照组比较有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），且部分测试指标随接噪工龄增长而递增或递减的

| Abstract: | 61 workers exposed to noise and 35 controls were investigated with "neuro-behavioral core test battery" (NCTB) recommended by WHO.The results showd that the score of T.D.A.F in POMS questionaires is different between the group exposed to noise and the controls(P<0.05),five indications in neuro-behavioral fumction measurement is also different between two groups(P<0.05).This indicated that the noise can effect the neuro-behavioral function of workers exposed to noise. |
