皮电生物反馈训练前后被试皮电反应参数的变化

摘    要:对13名大学生被试进行的皮电反应(GSR)生物反馈训练结果显示,训练可使被试的GSR更快地趋近最高值(最大放松程度,P<0.01)。另外,在经历同样强度的应激反应时,与训练前相比,训练后被试的GSR恢复至基值水平所需的时间大大缩短(P<0.01),30分钟内GSR的最高值也显著提高(P<0.05)。这说明GSR生物反馈训练能增强被试对交感神经反应的自控能力,更容易地由紧张转入放松状态。上述结果暗示,GSR生物反馈训练对于防治因精神紧张或植物性神经功能紊乱导致的心身症具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:The results of GSR biofeedback training on 13 university strdent subiects showed that although biofeedback training didn't change the subiects' GSR baseline or significantly enhance the maximum of GSR during 30 minute relaxation,it made the GSR approach the maximum more rapidly(P<0. 01)in addition,after biofeedback training, the subjecu'reduced GSR by uress recovered baseline faster(P<0.01), and the sabjects' maximum of relaxation.(showed by GSR)was higher during 30 minute recovery(P<0. 05). these resullts suggest that the GSR bioofeedhock training can increase the subjects, ability of controlling their own sympatheric responses
