家庭环境因素与儿童多动症的相关性分析

作者通过机械随机整群抽样的方法，调查了哈尔滨市动力区十四所小学一年级１３７７名学生儿童多动症与家庭环境因素的关系。结果表明：检出儿童多动症９５例，检出率６．８９％；在家庭环境因素中，父母关系以经常吵架、分居和离婚患病组的发生率明显高于非患病组（Ｐ＜０．０５），家教方式采用经常粗暴打骂孩子、干涉孩子活动与儿童多动症关系密切。因此提示：１．改善不良的父母关系和不当的家教方式对儿童多动症的矫治和康复具有重要的意义；２．普及儿童生理、心理卫生知识，全面提高家长的教育水平，降低儿童多动症的发生率势在必行

A study on the retationship between hyperkinetic syndrome of children and family conditions

We have investigated 1377 Grade One pupils in 14 schools in Dong Li District to study the relationship between Hyperkinetic syndrome (or minimal brain dysfunction MBD).and family conditions The results showed that there were 95 cases out of the 1377 pupils,the incidence was 6.89%;Of family conditions,the frequency of quarreling,living apart and divorce of parents were higher in cases than those in normal pupils(P<0.05);The family education manner,such as beating and abusing children,interrupting activities of children was highly related to the incidence of MBD.It is suggested that family conditions was one of the causes of MBD.Therefore to improve the relationship between parents and family education manners can effectively reduce the incidence of it;To spread the knowledge of physical and mental health,to enhance the education level of parents widely have an important significance to rehabilitate and correct MBD.
