结缔组织病患者肺部损害54例临床分析

我们比较分析了５４例七种常见结缔组织病（ＣＴＤ）患者肺部损害的临床表现及实验室检查结果，为达到早期治疗该类疾病的目的，资料分析采用Ｘ＾２检验，结果，患者咳嗽（占５５．６％），咯痰（占４６．３％）发热（占４２．６％），血沉（占８３．７％），胸部Ｘ线（占６８．５％），肺ＣＴ扫描（占６１．１％），肺功能（占３３．３％）等指标，在七种疾病之间比较无显著性差异，乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）（占５１．９％）和抗核抗体

Clinical analyses on lung lesions in patients with connective tissue diseases

To treat these seven kinds of common connective tissue diseases (CTD) early,the clinical manifestationsand data of laboratory tests of lung lesions in 54 patients with CTD were comparatively studied. Data were analyzed withX2 test. The resuls showed that there was no statistically significant difference in these criteria of cough (55. 6% ),expectoration (46. 3 % ), fever (42. 6 % ), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) (83' 7% ), chest X-ray (68' 5%), computer tomography (CT) pulmoscanning (61. 1 % )and pulmonary function (33. 3%)in seven kinds of diseases. There was statistically significant difference in these two criteria of lactodehydrogenase (LDH) (5l. 9%)and antinuclear antibody(ANA)(53. 7 % )in seven kinds of diseaese with more common in three diseases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),dermatomyositis (DM )and progressive systemic sclerosis (PSS). Pulmonary function test was regarded as one of the criteriain the early finding of lung lesion in CTD. The increase of LDH was indicative of the lung lesion in CTD. The chest X-rayfindings were not specific.
