| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑智通胶囊对血管性痴呆(VD)的干预机制与临床疗效.方法:将40例患者分为脑智通治疗组和脑复活对照组,采用放射免疫分析法分别测定两组治疗前及治疗后血浆中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)浓度,并进行统计学分析.结果:两组治疗后均升高CGRP,且两组治疗效果差异不显著.结论:脑智通胶囊通过升高CGRP,能扩张脑血管,增加脑血流量,促进神经细胞的能量代谢,使脑神经细胞机能再恢复,从而增强学习记忆功能. |

| Abstract: | Objective:Explore the intervenient mechanism and therapeutic effects of Naozhitong capsule during the treatment of Vascular Dementia.Method:40 patients were divided into NZTC(Naozhitong capsule)model group and NFHT(Nao Fu Huo Tablet)control group,measure the levels of CGRP(Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide)by radioimmunoassay respectively before and after the treatment.Result:the CGRP level increased in both groups after the treatment,and there are no significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion:By increasing CGRP levels,NZTC can expand the cerebral vas,improve the cerebral bloood flow,promote the energetic metabolixation of nerval cells.Therefore,it can recover the function of the nerval cells and then strengthen humans' learning and memorying capabilities. |
