无创双相正压通气在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期治疗的临床体会

目的:探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)老年患者稳定期双相正压(BiPAP)通气的治疗效果。方法:将59例患者随机分为两组,在常规抗炎、平喘基础上,治疗组给予无创BiPAP呼吸机辅助呼吸,每天早晚共2～3h ,疗程为3周。结果:治疗组肺功能,血气分析改善率明显大于对照组,两组之间有统计学意义(P <0 . 0 5)。结论:老年COPD患者稳定期使用无创通气有很大辅助治疗作用。

The Curative Effect BiPAP Ventilation on COPD of the Aged at Steady Stage

Objective: To observe the curative effect of bi-level positve airway pressure(BiPAP) ventilation used for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in the aged at steady stage.Methods:59 patients were divided into two groups randomly. In the treated group, BiPAP ventilation was given to help breath besides regular anti-inflammation and anti-asthma treatment. The treatment course was 3 weeks,2 to 3 hours per day.Results: In the treated group,the improvement rates of the lung capacity and the analysis of arterial gas were higher than that in the controlled group. There was a statistical difference between two groups( P <0.05).Conclusion: BiPAP ventilation difference is greatly helpful to the old COPD patients at steady stage.
