农村居民卫生服务需要、利用现状及影响因素分析

目的：了解和评价农村居民卫生服务需要、利用的现状以及有关影响因素。方法：对广西北流市民乐镇居民进行卫生服务家庭健康询问调查。结果：被调查居民的两周患病率为23．37％；疾病构成前3位分别是呼吸系统疾病(8.77％)、肌肉骨骼系统疾病(1．83％)、消化系统疾病(1．16％)；两周就诊率为16．84％；两周患者就诊率为72.06％；年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度和最近诊所距离即卫生服务的可及性等是影响当地居民患病和就诊的重要因素。结论：当地农村卫生服务尚不能满足居民的卫生服务需求，应该大力加强和不断完善。

ANALYSIS OF NEEDS,UTILIIZATION STATE AND INFLUENTIAL FACTORS OF HEALTH SERVICE OF RESIDENTS IN THE RURAL AREAS OF BEILIU

Objective:To study the residents needs and utilization of health service and its influential factors.Methods:Residents in the rural areas of Beiliu were interviewed at their home with questionnaires.Result:The two week prevalence of residents was 23 37%;the three major diseases were respirational diseases,bone muscle diseases and and gastroenteritis;the two week consultation rate was 16 84%; the two week consultation rate of patients was 72 06%;the influential factors of were ages,marital situations,educational levels and the distance from the clinics.Conclusion:The health service in the rural Beiliu could not meet the needs of the local residents,and it ought to be strengthened and improved.
