摘    要:目的 探讨常见的硅胶、聚胺脂两种材质的PICC导管应用后机械性静脉炎的发生率有无差异.方法 将硅胶、聚胺脂两种材质的PICC导管采用随机分组方法,经贵要静脉置人,观察机械性静脉炎的发生情况.结果 两组机械性静脉炎发生率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.001).结论 硅胶材质的PICC导管质地柔软,组织相容性好,能有效减少对血管壁的摩擦撞击,显著减少机械性静脉炎的发生.

The comparasing study on the mechanical phlebitis caused by two different material PICC catheter
Abstract:Objective To investigate whether there is significant difference of mechanical phlebitis occurrence after using common silicon PICC catheter and polyurethane PICC catheter.Methods Common silicon PICC catheter and polyurethane PICC catheter were randomized,inserted through basilic and the occurance of mechanical phlebitis were observed.Results The occurnce of mechanical phlebitis in these two groups were compared.and the difference was found significantly(P<0.001).Conclusion The silicone PICC catheter,which are soft and have good histocompafibility,can effectively reduce the friction impact on vascular wall and therefore decrease the occurance of mechanical phlebitis.
