| 摘 要： | 目的：本研究对小青龙汤单味中药提取物配方颗粒进行了研究。方法：以薄层扫描法测量麻黄碱、芍药苷、甘草次酸等有效成分的含量,比较与传统汤剂成分的一致性。结果：单味中药提取物配方颗粒汤剂成分与传统汤剂成分具有一致性,含量明显高于传统汤剂,各成分高出倍数不一致。结论：小青龙汤单味提取物配方颗粒与传统汤剂化学成分基本相同。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the Dispensing Granule of the single herbal medicine in Xiaoqinglong Decoction.Methods：The content of the effective constituents（ephedrine,paeoniflorin,cyrrhetinate,etc.）was determined by TLC,and was compared with the Traditional Decoction.Results：The Dispensing Granule of the single herbal medicine had the same constituents as the Traditional Decoction,and the contents were higher than the Traditional Decoction obviously.Conclu-sion：The chemical constituents of the two preparations are similar. |
