| 摘 要： | 目的：观察鲜姜片耳穴贴压对缓解混合痔术后换药疼痛的效果。方法将80例混合痔术后患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组40例。对照组实施肛肠科常规护理，干预组在常规护理干预基础上采用鲜姜片贴压耳神门穴，比较两组患者术后3～8 d换药后疼痛强度。结果干预组患者疼痛强度明显降低，差异有显著意义（P＜0．05）。结论鲜姜片耳穴贴压能有效减轻混合痔术后换药时病人的疼痛。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of ginger auricular acupressure to alleviate dressing changes after mixed hemorrhoid surgery .Method 80 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group ,40 in each group .Patients in control group received anorectal routine care .Patient in in-tervention group using fresh ginger auricular acupressure and conventional nursing intervention .The postoperative pain intensity after dressing change in 3 to 8 days was measure and compared .Result Pain intensity in intervention group was significantly lowered compared with control group .There was significant difference between two group （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Fresh ginger auricular acupressure can effectively reduce postoperative dressing pain for mixed hemorrhoid pain patients . |
