以家庭为背景的自我效能训练对稳定期COPD患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨以家庭为背景的自我效能训练对稳定期CIPD患者生活质量的影响。方法将82例稳定期COPD患者按随机对照原则分为观察组与对照组，对观察组患者实施以家庭为背景的自我效能训练，对照组则进行常规教育。比较干预前后两组患者自我效能及生存质量改善情况。结果干预后8周，观察组患者自我效能及其各维度评分、SGRQ除活动能力维度外（P〉0．05），总分及其他各维度得分均较对照组显著提高，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论以家庭为背景的自我效能训练，可提高COPD对症状管理的自信心，改善患者的生存质量。

The effect of family based self-efficacy training on the quality of life for patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To study the effect of family based self-efficacy training on the quality of life for patientswith stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Method Eighty-two patients with COPD were randomlydivided into two groups. The patients in the intervention group received family based self-efficacy training in thefamilies. While the control group was carried on the conventional education. Before and after intervention, the self-efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Result The were significant differences on thescore of self-efficacy and its dimensions, total score of quality of life in intervention group 8 weeks after the interven-tion（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in SGRQ dimensions except for actions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The family based self-efficacy training can enhance the self-confidence of the symptom man-agement for COPD patients, then improved the patient＇s quality of life.
