| Abstract: | Anti-oncogene PTEN was initially identified in 1997,and it has a dual-specificity phosphatase activity.Mutations of this gene mutations may lead to the occurrence of a variety of tumors. This paper reviewed on the research progress of the relationship between PTEN and tumor development. |
