配偶纳入健康教育路径在初产妇围产期的应用研究

目的：探讨配偶纳入健康教育路径在初产妇围产期的应用效果。方法选择2013年1～10月在我院产科顺产的初产妇240例，随机分为观察组与对照各120例，对照组对初产妇实施健康教育路径，观察组在此基础上对配偶实施健康教育路径，观察比较两组产妇产后子宫复旧、恶露、泌乳、产妇早期并发症及新生儿发生疾病情况，并进行统计学分析。结果观察组产妇较对照组产妇子宫复旧快（P＜0．01），乳汁充足较多（P＜0．01），恶露量较少（P＜0．01）；观察组产妇较对照组产妇并发症少（P＜0．05）；观察组发生新生儿疾病明显较对照组少（（P＜0．05）。结论配偶纳入健康教育路径可改善产妇身心休养环境，使产妇及新生儿得到更好的照护，对促进产妇康复、降低产妇并发症及新生儿疾病发生率有积极意义。

Applied study of spouse included in health education path for primipara at perinatal period

Objective To evaluate the effect of applying spouse included in health education path for primipara at perinatal period .Method 240 primiparas who has spontaneous delivery in our hospital during the period from January 2013 to October 2013 was selected and randomly divided into observing group and control group ,each group has 120 cases .Patients in control group only gave primiparas nursing education pathway ,but patients in observing group was given primiparas nursing education and spouses health education at the same time .The postpartum situations of two groups include involution of uterus ,lochia ,lactation ,early maternal complications and disease of newborn was measured and compared .Result Compared with the control group ,patients in observing group was faster in mothers maternal uterine involution （P〈0 .01） ,more breast-milk（P〈0 .01） ,less lochia volume （P〈0 .01） and less com-plication .The incidence of neonatal disease in observing group was significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Treating primipara＆#39;s spouse as a part of nursing education pathway can improve the physical and mental rest environment of parturient ,and provide better care for the parturient and newborn .It＆#39;s important for promoting maternal recovery ,reducing the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications .
