| 摘 要： | 目的了解两种口腔护理方法对口咽部及呼吸机管道细菌定植的影响，寻求更适合的口腔护理方法。方法选取2011年4月～2013年8月住ICU经口气管插管行机械通气的60例患者，随机分为观察组（刷牙组）30例，对照组（棉球擦拭法）30例，观察两组机械通气后72h和168h患者的口咽部、呼吸机管道的送气端细菌定植情况。结果两种口腔护理方法对口咽部及呼吸机管道细菌定植的影响差异均有显著意义（P〈0．05、P〈0．01）。结论刷牙能减少口咽部及呼吸机管道的细菌定植，减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率，增加清醒病人的舒适感，更好地清除牙缝的残留等。在临床中机械通气的病人仍然提倡刷牙。

| Abstract: | Objective To seek a more suitable method of oral care by accessing the role of the oral care method in the bacterial colonization of oropharyngeal and ventilator pipe. Method 60 patients hospitalized in ICU from April 2011 to August 2013 were divided into experimental group（Brushing）and control group（cotton wiping）. The bacte- rial colonization in oropharyngeal and the air outlet of ventilator was measured and compared. Result The bacterial colonization of oropharyngeal and ventilator pipe were significantly associated with the method of oral care （P〈 0.05, P〈0.01）.Conclusion Brushing reduces the bacterial colonization of oropharyngeal and ventilator pipe and the incidence of VAPo |
