宫颈癌根治术后膀胱功能训练方法研究

目的：通过有效地膀胱功能训练，提高宫颈癌根治术后患者一次性尿管拔除成功率。方法将行宫颈癌根治手术的139例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组行改进的个性化膀胱功能训练，对照组行传统膀胱功能训练，观察患者首次排尿情况和残余尿量测定情况。结果实验组患者术后首次排尿及残余尿测定情况均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），观察组患者一次性尿管拔除成功率明显高于对照组。结论改进的膀胱功能训练方法与传统方法相比，效果明显，值得推广。

Study for training methods of bladder function for post-operative patients with radical hysterectomy

Objective To improve the success rate of disposable catheter for patients with cervical cancer after radical hysterectomy through effective training of bladder function .Method 139 patients underwent radical surgery was randomly divided into observation group and control group ,patients in observation group were given improved personalization bladder training ,patients in the control group was underwent conventional bladder training .The first urination and residual urine was measured and compared between the two groups .Result The first time urina-tion and residual urine for patients in observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0 .05） .The success rate of disposable catheter for patients in observation group was higher than that of control group .Conclu-sion The improved bladder function training method was more effective than that of traditional method .It is worth for promoting .
