| 摘 要： | 目的：观察异长春花碱和顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法：32例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，给予异长春花碱联合顺铂治疗，观察疗效及毒副作用。结果：32例完全缓解1例，部分解14例，有效率46．9％。主要副作用为骨髓抑制。结论：异长春花碱与顺铂联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of combined chemotherapy using vinorelbine(NVB) and cisplatin(DDP) in combination on advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods:All of the 32 patients with advanced NSCLC were treated with NVB and DDP. The short term therapeutic results were observed. Results:Complete relief was observed in 1 case, and partial relief in 14 cases. The overall relief rate was 46.9% (15/32). The main side effect was myelosuppression. Conclusion:The use of NVB in combination with DDP is a better chemotherapy regimen for treating the advanced NSCL. However, the possible side effects of this regimen should be taken into consideration. |
