老年性白内障术后血脂和血沉方程K值测定及临床意义

摘    要:目的:观察老年性白内障术后血脂、血沉方程K值测定结果并分析其临床意义。方法:测定151例老年白内障患者术后6个月的血脂和血沉方程K值,并同时测定其视力,根据不同视力分成三组(视力>0.8组,视力在0.3~0.8组,视力<0.3组)。进行统计分析。结果:三组对应的血脂和血沉方程K值水平存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:血脂、血沉方程K值水平与老年性白内障术后视力存在一定的关联.控制血脂水平,改善红细胞聚集性,对老年白内障术后视力的维持有积极意义。

Abstract:Objective: To examine and study the clinical significance of blood Lipids and Erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K's value after the operation of senile cataract patients.Method: 151 senile cataract patients (eye ) were operated. After 6 months ,the blood lipids and erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K's value were examined .According to their vision, all cases were divided into 3 groups : Group A(>0.8)、Group B( 0.3~ 0.8)、Group C(<0.3).Results: There were significant differences in three groups,both for the level of blood lipids and erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K's value (P<0.01).Conclusion: The vision of post-operated senile cataract patients are connected with the level of blood lipids and erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K's value.Therefore,controlling the level of blood lipids and reducing erythrocyte aggregation can play an important role in maintaining the vision of post-operated senile cataract patient.
