噬菌体裂解法与涂片法对肺结核的诊断价值比较

摘    要:目的比较噬菌体裂解法与涂片法对肺结核的诊断价值。方法对168份临床诊断为肺结核患者的痰标本同时应用噬菌体裂解法和涂片法检测,对照分析结果。结果168份痰标本,噬菌体裂解法检出阳性率58.9%(99/168),显著高于涂片法萋-奈氏染色的38.1%(64/168)及金胺0染色的41.1%(69/168),(P<0.01),噬菌体裂解法对涂片阴性的标本的检出率高达39.4%(39/99)。结论噬菌体裂解法与涂片法相比,具有较高的敏感性和特异性,是一种崭新的结核分支杆菌快速快速检测方法。

Abstract:Objective To compare the diagnostic value of Becteriophage Splitting and smear tests in tuberculosis.Methods Both Becteriophage Splitting and smear tests were used to test the sputum samples of 168 clinically-diagnosed tuberculosis patients. The test results were then contrasted and analyzed. Results Among the 168 sputum samples 99 cases had positive reaction in Becteriophage Splitting (positive reaction rate =58.9%) while the positive reaction rate is only 38.1% in Zieh1-Neelsen smear tests, and 41.1% in Auramine 0 smear tests. Statistically significant difference (P<0.01) was found between Becteriophage Splitting and the two smear tests.Conclusion Compared with Zieh1-Neelsen and Auramine 0 smear tests, Becteriophage Splitting can be a simple and quick test for tubercle bacillus and is of high sensitiveness and idiosyncrasy. It is a new and fast way to test tubercle bacillus.
