中西医结合防治肿瘤化疗呕吐反应临床观察

目的：观察健脾理气中药配合盐酸昂丹司琼注射液防治肿瘤化疗引致呕吐的临床疗效。方法：将84例患者随机分为两组，治疗组42例应用健脾理气中药配合盐酸昂丹司琼注射液治疗；对照组42例单纯用盐酸昂丹司琼注射液常规治疗，比较观察临床止呕效果及临床症候改善情况。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为90．48％和57．14％，两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；临床证候改善情况，治疗组与对照组改善程度比较具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：健脾理气中药配合盐酸昂丹司琼注射液可有效防治肿瘤化疗引起的呕吐反应。

Curative Effect Observation of Combination of Invigorating the Spleen to Regulate Qi and Ondansetron on Vomiting Caused by Chemotherapy in Cancer Treatment

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combination of decoction of invigorating the spleen to regulate qi and Ondansetron injection on vomiting caused by chemotherapy in cancer treatment. Methods： 84 eases were dividied into two groups randomly. 42 cases in treatment group were treated by decoction of invigorating the spleen to regulate qi and Ondansetron injection. And the other 42 cases in control group were treated by Ondansetron injection alone. The effect of vomitting control and improvement of clinical symptoms were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate in treatment group was 90.48%, and that in control group was 57.14%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. And there was also significant difference in improving clinical symptoms between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combination of decoction of invigorating the spleen to regulate qi and Ondansetron injection can effectively prevent and treat vomiting caused by chemotherapy in cancer treatment.
