Glenn 分流术治疗先天性心脏病50 例

目的总结并分析格林(Glenn)分流术治疗先天性心脏病(CHD)的资料,为进一步提高疗效提供基础。方法50例CHD患者,其中采用双向Glenn分流术治疗30例,采用单向Glenn分流术治疗20例。结果术后患者的紫绀均明显减轻,平均末梢血氧饱和度从术前的67.5%提高到术后的89.7%。早期手术死亡4例,死亡率8%。随访2月~2年,随访率为80%,效果满意。结论Glenn分流术对复杂的或难以一期根治的CHD不失为一种很好的选择。

Glenn shunt operation for congenital heart disease: A report of 52 cases

Objective To improve further therapeutic effects of Glenn shunt operation for congenital heart disease (CHD) by summing up and analysis the clinical data of Glenn shunt operation.Methods Fifty-one patients undergone Glenn shunt surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed. The bi-directional Glenn shunt operation in 30 patients and the mono-directional Glenn operations in 20 patients were performed.Results The cyanosis decreased significantely in all patients after operation.The percutanous SaO_2 increased from 67.5% preoperatively to 89.7% postoperatively. There were 4 patients (8%) died early after operation. Satisfactory therapeutic effects were obtained in 40 patients(80%) in a followed-up period of 2～24 months.Conclusion Glenn shunt operation is a good selection for complex CHD and cardiothoracic diseases which are difficult to treat with one-stage radical operations.
