| 摘 要： | 目的评价输精管绝育术后的部分人群各种类型的心身反应的发生率，及影响心身反应发生的因素和治疗效果。方法调查740例输精管绝育术的受术者的心身反应发生率，以及影响心身反应发生的因素。结果42例(5．67％)有心身反应，且发现与个人文化程度、地区经济状况以及对输精管绝育术的认知态度等因素有关。采用心理治疗，80．95％的患者消除症状。结论采用心理疏导、体疗和社会教育对这些有心身反应患者的治疗效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the rate, influence factors and treatment effects of variety subtypes of psychosomaticreaction after vasoligation. Methods 740 subjects who received vasoligation were investigated. Results 42 of 740 subjects(5.67%) appeared psychosomatic reaction. Personal educational level, local economic status, and the attitudes towardvasoligation were related to these psychosomatic reactions. 80.95 percent of patients were cured by psychotherapy.Conclusion Psychotherapy, physiotherapy and social education proved to have satisfactory therapeutic effects for thesepsychosomatic reactions. |
