| 摘 要： | 强化计划生育技术管理工作，为手术对象提供规范服务，提高手术质量，是每个计划生育手术单位亟待解决的问题。上海市闵行区妇幼保健所根据《计划生育技术管理工作条例》的要求，结合实际情况，对计划生育技术管理工作从行政管理、手术室硬件装备、手术人员队伍建设、手术质量考核、手术质量信息反馈等５个方面进行探索，收到了较好的效果

Several Methods of Strengthening the Technique Management Work of Family Planning |

| Abstract: | very surgical unit of family planning had many problems to be solved.Such as,how to strengthen the technique management of family planning,provide the standardize service for the surgical objects,improve the quality and management of surgical operation.Integrating with the specific conditions,on the basis of 《the Technique Management Work Rules of Family Planning》,MCH hospital of Minxing district has achieved good results.Administration,hardware equipment in operation room,operation staff building,examination of operation quality,feedback information of operation quality were studied in this paper.4 500 cases of family planning have been completed in 3 years,the operation quality accord with the demands of quality management of Minxing City. |
