区(县)级妇幼保健档案的建立与管理

档案的建立与管理是区（县）级妇幼保健所管理工作的重要内容之一，着重从两方面进行了阐述。档案的建立应依照集中统一管理的原则，对历史的多种工作活动所形成的有效载体记录归入档案；归档过程中按其提出的《资料归档参考图》、《立卷基本步骤及方法参考图》进行归档。在档案的管理上首先应健全以区（县）级妇幼保健所为中心的档案管理网络体系，制定相应管理制度；在管理模式上做到“七统一”，并对档案管理人员实行一定的奖惩
