| 摘 要： | 目的观察维生素E外用辅助治疗新生儿硬肿症的疗效。方法将79例硬肿症患儿随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组39例采用常规治疗,治疗组40例在常规治疗的基础上加维生素E外用。结果治疗组显效26例,有效12例,总有效率95.0%;对照组显效16例,有效14例,总有效率76.9%。2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论维生素E外用治疗新生儿硬肿症疗效显著,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of vitamin E on sclerema neonatorum.Methods A total of 79 sclerema neonatorum were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group were cured by normal therapy method while the treatment group were plused vitamin E.Results The effective rate in treatment group was 95.0 % and the control group was 76.9 %,there was different in two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin E has obvious efficiency in treating sclerema neonatorum and it is valuable to be applied widely. |
