难治性贫血与慢性再生障碍性贫血骨髓铁染色的初步观察与比较

观察与比较难治性贫血（ＭＤＳ－ＲＡ）与慢性再生障碍性贫血（ＣＡＡ）骨髓铁染色细胞外铁和铁粒幼细胞的反应程度，探讨骨髓铁染色在两种疾病实验诊断中的意义。用铁染色法对２０例正常人、３１例ＲＡ患者，３２例ＣＡＡ的骨髓涂片进行细胞外铁阳性等级，铁粒幼细胞阳性百分率，铁粒幼细胞比率，环铁粒幼细胞的阳性百分率的检测。结果：正常人、ＲＡ和ＣＡＡ患者三组之间细胞外铁有极显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．００１），铁粒幼细胞百分

A Primary Investigation and Comparison of Refractory Anemia(MDS-RA) With Chronic Aplastic Anemia in Bone Marrow Prussian Blue Staining

To investigate and compare with the reaction of extracellula iron and sideroblast by bone marrow Prussian blue staining method in refractory anemia(RA)and chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),and to study the significance of bone marrow Prussian blue staining in experiment diagonis of both RA and CAA.83 cases of RA and 32 cases of CAA were detected by Prussian blue staining for the extracellular Prussian blue staining positive rate,the sideroblast positive rate percentage,the sideroblast ratio and the ringed sideroblast positive rate percentage.Results:The extracellular Prussian blue staining positive rate:there is a significant difference among normal control.RA and CAA( P <0.0 001).The average value of sideroblast percentage:there is a difference among the three groups( P <0.05).The average value of the sideroblast ratio:there is a significant difference among the three groups or between each other( P <0.01),RA CAA normal control.The ringed sideroblast positive rate in RA is the highest one,that is 16/31,CAA is 1/32,normal control is 0/20. Conclusion:The method can offer an important experiment eridence in the diagnosis and differential of both RA and CAA.
