摘    要:小肠结肠炎耶氏菌病是新近才被引起重视的一种肠道传染病。世界上已有许多国家发现本病,并还有过多次暴发流行的报导。国内在耶氏菌菌株的特征,人畜感染情况,传染源的临床特征、流行病学和治疗等方面作了许多调查研究和报导。但迄今为止,国内外有关化学消毒剂灭活耶氏菌的资料甚少。因此,为控制本病的流行,提供切实有效的消毒药物之研究势在必行。于是,我们进行了常用化学消毒剂杀灭耶氏菌的实验观察,现将结果报告如下:

Abstract:The paper reports the results of laboratory observation on the inactivation of Y. enterocolitica by commonly used chemical disinfectants. The results indicate that Y. enterocolitiea is relatively sensitive to the disinfectants containing chlorine and peracetic acid, and that Y. enterocolitica is to a cert- ain degree sensitive to bromo geraminum, lysol and CaO. the results indicate that Y. enterocolitica was similar to E. coli in its resistance to the disinfect- ants and the question has been discussed. The results of laboratory observation showed that the effect of the inac- tivation is 100% with 0. 1% bleaching powder, 0. 05% so dium dichloroiso- cynurate or 0. 02% peracetic acid solution as surface spraying. In order to eliminate affecting of organic substances and other outside agents. The repo- rtor suggests that 1--3% bleaching powder, 0. 5%--1. 0% sodium dichloroiso cynurate or 0. 2--0. 5% peracetic acid solution be applied in epidemic area as surface spraying, in the rural area, 10--20% CaO solution, if there is no this kind of disinfectants. All these measures mentioned will play an impor- tant role in curing off the spread so as to control the epidemics of the disea- se. Only through immersing disinfecting in the solution of 0. 1% Bromo gera- minum or 1% lysol for 2 minutes can the effect of inactivating of bacteria be attained, and reseach workers in laboratory room can avoid infecsing the disease.
