粤东沿海苦味叶下珠醇提物对肺炎克雷伯菌的抗菌作用

摘    要:目的 研究粤东沿海苦味叶下珠醇提物对肺炎克雷伯菌的作用。方法 用水解蛋白冻肉汤和血平板培养基测定药物对肺炎克雷伯菌的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)值。采用菌落法绘制时间 -杀菌曲线。结果 粤东沿海苦味叶下珠醇提物对肺炎克雷伯菌的MIC为 4 .6 4mg/L ,MBC为 9.2 8mg/L。结论 粤东沿海苦味叶下珠醇提取物低浓度时为抑肺炎克雷伯菌作用 ,高浓度时为杀肺炎克雷伯菌作用。粤东沿海苦味叶下珠醇提物对治疗肺炎克雷伯菌感染性肺部疾病提供参考。

Abstract:Objective It is to find the effect of anti pneumonic bacteria Klebsiella by alcoholized phyllanthus urinaria.L which grow in coastal area of East Guangdong. Methods The values of minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined by the using of hydrolytic protein frozen meat soup and blood dull. The time-sterilizing curve was drawn with the method of colony. Results The value of MIC of alcoholized extractives from phyllanthus urinaria.L which grown in coastal area of East Guangdong to Klebsiella was 4.46 g/L, and the value of MBC to Klebsiella was 9.28 g/L. Conclusion Low concentration of the alcoholized extractives from the phyllanthus urinaria.L can prevent Klebsiella from breeding while high concentration of it can kill bacteria Klebsiella. The alcoholized extractives from the phyllanthus urinaria.L may have positive effect on Klebsiella.
