| 摘 要： | 本文通过对遗传性球形细胞增多症一家系调查分析,发现致病基因从I_5开始传递。连续四代出现患者6人。男5,女1,患者均属杂合体。并对遗传性球形细胞增多症的遗传方式与表现度进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The hereditary spherocytosis was studied by the survey and analysis of a genealogy.It was found that the transmission of the pathogenic gene started from I_5.In the four generations of the genealogy there were 6 patients(5 males and l female).All of the patients were heterozygotes.The genetic pattern and expressivity of the hereditary Spherocvtosis were also discussed. |
