| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨食管癌和胃癌MRI检查的价值。方法：对95例食管癌和胃癌的MRI表现进行分析。结果；MRI所见与手术病理符合率以食管癌侵犯胸主动脉为最高。结论：MRI显示脏外生长型食管癌和胃癌具有较大价值；MRI显示病变波及范围、浸润破坏程度、与周围脏器的关系及有无转移等有较大优越性。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To study the significance of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) for esophageal and gastric cancer. Method: 95 patients with esophageal or gastric cancer underwent the examination of MRI. Results: in the light of postoperation pathology, MRI is more effective to recognize thoracic aorta involving in paticnts with esophageal cancer. Conclusion: MRI has geart advantages in determining the range, the involvement of adjacent organs, the extent of infiltrative lesion and the distant metastasis. It is important to apply MRI to extra-lumen type esophagcal and gastric cancer. |
