摘    要:目的观察职业接触1,2-二氯乙烷对工人脂质代谢的影响。方法暴露组75名,男69名,女6名;均来自某化工厂,平均年龄38.2岁,平均工龄6.3年。对照组117名,男109名,女8名;平均年龄32.8岁。分别进行肝脏B超检查,并检测血清总胆固醇(Cholesterol,TC)和甘油三酯(Triglycerides,TG)。结果暴露组男性TG和TC平均水平和异常率均明显高于对照组。男性≤35岁组TC异常率明显高于对照组,男性35周岁组TC和TG异常率均明显高于对照组。暴露组与对照组脂肪肝患病率差异无统计学意义。结论 DCE暴露可使工人血清TC和TG水平增高,但对工人脂肪肝患病率影响不明显。

The Effects of Occupational Exposure to 1,2-Dichloroethane on Lipid Metabolism

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of 1,2-dichloroethane(DCE)on lipid metabolism in occupational workers.Methods The DCE exposure group contained seventy five workers from a chemical plant with mean working age 6.3 years and mean age 38.2 years,including 69 males and 6 females.The control group consisted of 117 people of which 109 were males and 8 were females,with mean age 32.8 years.Both the exposure group and the control group took the liver ultrasonography test.And the serum total cholestoral(TC) and glycerin trilaurate(TG) were examined.Results The mean serum TC and TG levels and the frequencies with enhanced TC and TG levels in exposure group were significantly higher than those in control group.The frequencies of enhanced TC of ≤35 years old sub-group were significantly higher than those in control group.The frequencies of enhanced TC and TG of 35 years old sub-group were significantly higher than those in control group.The mean serum TC level in female exposure group was significantly higher than that in female control group.There was no difference of the fatty liver morbidity between exposure group and control group.Conclusion The serum TC and TG levels in workers exposed to DCE increased significantly,but there was no remarkable effect of DCE on the fatty liver morbidity in workers exposed to DCE.
