自制匀浆膳在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者机械通气中的应用价值

目的探讨管饲匀浆膳对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）并发呼吸衰竭患者机械通气的营养支持效果。方法随机将60例COPD患者分为对照组（n=30）与治疗组（n=30）,两组均给予抗感染、祛痰、解痉、平喘、纠正水电解质紊乱等常规治疗。对照组给予能全素鼻饲,治疗组给予自制匀浆膳分次胃内注入,并监测相关数据。结果治疗组较对照组在提高血液中血红蛋白（Hb）、血清总蛋白（TP）、白蛋白（ALB）、外周血淋巴细胞（TCL）含量及降低血尿素氮（BUN）更明显,并能减少并发症的发生率,缩短机械通气及入住ICU时间,减少医疗费用。结论对COPD行机械通气的患者进行肠内匀浆营养更安全、方便、经济、有效。

Evaluation of the impact of selt-made homogenate diet in COPD patients received mechanical ventilation
