| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨三氧化二砷（As2O3)抗肿瘤作用与细胞粘附分子CD44的关系。方法：以As2O3作用于体外培养的人胃癌细胞株，通过免疫组化及流式细胞仪（FCM）技术对其CD44基因编码蛋白的表达进行了检测。结果：经As2O3作用的人胃癌细胞粘附因子CD44基因编码蛋白表达减少。结论：初步证实As2O3的抗肿瘤作用可能与下调CD44基因编码蛋白表达，从而抑制了肿瘤转移有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the expressions of CD44 induced by arsenic trioxide.Methods Immunohistochemistry mathod and flow cytometer assay techniques were used.Results Arsenic trioxide induced decrease of the expressions of CD44 in stomach cancer cells.Conclusion Arsenic trioxide inhibits the matastasis of stomach cancer cells through decreasing of the expressions of CD44. |
