中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭34例

[目的]观察中药灌肠结合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(氮质血症期)的临床疗效。[方法]将67例慢性肾功能衰竭(氮质血症期),随机分为对照组33例,治疗组34例。对照组为西药治疗组,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药保留灌肠。[结果]对照组总有效率51.51%,治疗组总有效率82.35%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组血肌酐及尿素氮显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(氮质血症期)优于单纯西药治疗。

TCM Enema Treatment 34 Cases of Chronic Renal Failure

[ Objective]To observe the TCM enema combination of western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure （azotemia） in clinical efficacy. [Methods]67 patients with chronic renal failure （azotemia period） patients were randomly divided into control group of 33 cases, the treatment group 34 cases. The control group, treatment group, treatment group in the control group treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of increases retention enema. [ Results ] The total effective rate control group, 51.51% , treatment group, the total efficiency of 82.35% , compared the two groups were significantly different （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, treatment group, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. [ Conclusion ] The TCM - WM treatment of chronic renal failure （ azotemia period） is better than western medicine.
