丹参治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效对比观察

目的 :观察丹参治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法 :将 10 0例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为两组 ,每组 5 0例 ,治疗组在常规护肝、对症治疗基础上加用丹参 ,疗程均为 4周。观察其临床症状、黄疸指数 (TBil)、谷丙转氨酶 (AL T)、谷草转氨酶 (AST)、白蛋白 (AL B)、球蛋白 (GL B)的改变。结果 :治疗组临床症状改善明显 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,肝功能指数 AL T、AST、TBil两组有显著差异 ,P<0 .0 0 1和 P<0 .0 5。结论 :丹参对慢性乙型肝炎是一种较有效的治疗药物。

Curative effect on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with Danshen

Objective:To observe the curative effect on treating chronic hepatitis B with Danshen.Methods:100 cases were divided into two groups at random.Each consisted of 50 cases.The experimental group was treated with Danshen besides regular hepar nursing and normal treatments according to the patients status.The course of treatments were 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms of chronic hepatitis B and the change of TBil,ALT,AST,ALB,GLB were also investigated.Results:The clinical symptoms of experimental group was improved greatly (P<0.05).Also,there were notable differences between the experimental group(P<0.001) and the other group (P<0.05) in hepatic function index ALT,AST,TBil.Conclusions:Danshen is an effective medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
