胃肠道癌血行转移与手术的相关性

[目的]分析胃癌、大肠癌的根治过程与血行转移的相关性。[方法]试验组（91例）首先结扎肿瘤区域流向门静脉血流途径,并再从门静脉血取样,而对照组（181例）则直接取样。两组均以抗上皮细胞膜单克隆抗体为探针,ABC免疫组化法检测血中癌细胞。[结果]试验组阳性率19.8％（18/91）,3年、5年的生存率分别为72％和58％;对照组阳性率为66.8％（121/181）,3年、5年的生存率分别为52％和34％。两组间差异有显著性（P<0.05）。[结论]手术是导致癌细胞转移的危险性因素,去血管的肿瘤清扫术,可能会有效防止癌细胞转移。

The Relationship Between Operation and Hematogenous Metastasis in Gastrointestinal Cancer

[Purpose]To investigate the relationship between the radical operation and the hematogenous metastasis in gastrointestinal cancer. [Method]Catheter was insetted into portal vein during operation.In the trial group(91 cases) ,vein from the tumor to portal was ligated and blood was taken from the portal vein. While in the control group(181 cases), blood was taken directly without vein ligation.Cancer cells marked with anti-EMA monocolonal antibody were measured by ABC immunohistochemical staining method. [ Results ] In the trial group, cancer cells were found in 19.8% (18/91) .The 3-,5-year survival rates were 72% and 58% respectively; While in the control group,cancer cells were found in 66.8% (121/ 181) .The 3-, 5-year survival rates were 52% and 34% respectively.There was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05) . [Conclusion] Operation is the risk factor of hemotogenous metastasis. ligating the relative vein before radical operation can prevent cancer cells metastasis via portal vein.
