非肝癌血清甲胎蛋白阳性意义的探讨

目的探讨非肝癌血清甲胎蛋白（alpha fetoprotein,AFP）阳性患者的疾病分布。方法收集2007年1月-2008年1月间苏州大学附四院所有血清AFP阳性（定义为AFP≥10ng/ml）的住院患者,逐一查对每位患者的病理诊断,然后计算在所有AFP阳性患者中各种非肝癌疾病所占比例。结果在非肝癌AFP阳性患者中,前3位的恶性肿瘤分别是胃癌、贲门癌和肺癌,分别占所有AFP阳性病例数的30.2%、14.1%和10.1%。结论在非肝癌的AFP阳性恶性肿瘤患者中,肿瘤原发部位包括了消化、呼吸、泌尿生殖等多系统器官,而最为常见的部位为胃。

Clinical Meaning of Positive Alpha Fetoprotein Result in Patients with Non-Hepatocellular Carcinoma Malignant Tumors

Objective To analyze the disease distribution of non-hepatocellular carcinoma malignant tumors patients with positive alpha fetoprotein（AFP） serum.Methods All patients with positive AFP serum（defined as great than or equal to 10 ng/ml） from Jan.2007 to Jan.2008 in our hospital were collected,and the disease distribution of non-hepatocellular carcinoma（non-HCC） malignant tumors conformed by pathological examination were analyzed.Results In all non-HCC malignant tumors patients with AFP positive,the tope three diseases were in sequence of gastric cancer,cardiac cancer and lung cancer,and accounted for 30.2%,14.1% and 10.1%,respectively.Conclusion In non-HCC malignant tumors patients with AFP positive,the primary sites of tumor include organs of different systems such as digest,respiratory,urinary and reproductive systems,and the stomach cancer is the most common.
